My beautiful Isabelle and Thomas,
I want you both to know just how much I love you and how proud I am to be your Dad. You are both such a huge part of my life, and I wouldn’t change either of you for the world.
Isabelle, you have such a big personality and a character all of your own. You definitely know how to bring a little drama into Dad’s life 😂, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. You can make me laugh, challenge me, and sometimes drive me completely mad — but underneath it all, you have such a beautiful heart. Never be afraid to be yourself. Keep being confident, strong and full of life. I’m so proud of the person you are becoming, and I hope you always know how special you are.
Thomas, my gaming-loving boy 🎮, I love seeing how much you enjoy the things you’re passionate about. Whether you’re playing your favourite games or getting completely caught up in something you love, always keep that enthusiasm. But what makes me especailly proud is the caring person you are. You have a kind heart, and you care about the people around you more than you sometimes realise. Never lose that. Being caring, thoughtful and kind is something to be proud of, and it will take you a long way in life.
You are both so different, and that’s what makes you amazing. You each have your own personalities, your own interests and your own way of seeing the world. I love watching you grow, learn and become your own people.
There will be times when Dad gets things wrong, times when we disagree, and times when I probably embarrass you both 😂. But whatever happens, one thing will never change — I will always love you, always believe in you, and always be here when you need me.
No matter how old you get or where life takes you, you will always be my children, and I will always be your Dad.
